Last June 20, we attended the first birthday of Lance. He is the second son of our dear friend Bing and Emmylou. It was a costume party with a theme of Fairies and thankfully, only the mothers and children are required to wear a costume. hehehe (Click title to view slideshow.)
With me was my wife Marsha and our son Markuss. Lots of our friends attended the party even though the weather was a little bit crappy. It was raining that night and we had a power shortage when the drinking binge begun. :)
I'd like to name some friends of ours like Karla & Ritchel with their sons Lucas and Ralph respectively and Maureen and her children.
The party was not exclusive to couples and children. There were also singles like AnnaJean, Jerich, Kathy, Jake and Eric to name a few.
The children really enjoyed the games & activities like the classic "bat the pot" and the "popping of balloons". And we laughed at the best costume part for the children and the moms. Best of all I enjoyed most were the food and drinks!
I'd like to thank my pare & mare, Bing & Emmylou, for inviting us on their son's birthday party. I wish them well & hope we'd get invited on the next party. :)P.S.
By the way, Bing offers catering for parties like weddings and birthdays. If you are planning to host a party you might want to visit their restaurant at Locsin St., opposite the City Market.
